Hey, I’m Kate! I started SimplyStrongMBC (Mind, Body, Connection) because I’ve seen firsthand how movement and connection can change lives—mine included. As a coach, I’ve watched people go from feeling nervous and self-conscious to discovering incredible strength, both physically and mentally. Seeing them accomplish something they never thought possible, and watching their confidence grow, is why I do this.
Simply Strong MBC isn’t just about fitness—it’s about creating a space where anyone can feel safe, supported, and confident.
