Join Kate and Kelsey for a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release what you’ve been carrying.

This special session weaves together gentle yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, journaling, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to support emotional regulation, nervous system calming, and energetic release.

Kate will guide you through intentional breathwork and mindful movement to help move energy through the body, create space, and gently reconnect with yourself. You’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and move in a way that feels supportive and grounding.

Kelsey will then lead EFT tapping, a powerful yet accessible practice that helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and create a sense of balance and clarity. Through guided prompts and tapping sequences, you’ll be supported in acknowledging emotions and letting go in a safe, compassionate way.

Journaling will be woven throughout the experience, offering time for reflection, self-inquiry, and integration.

This is a welcoming, supportive space for all levels . No prior yoga or tapping experience required. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected within.
