Hosted by Coach Kate (SimplyStrongMBC) and Coach Marsha (Eastside Boxing Ptbo), this unique experience blends mobility, strength training, and boxing for a full-body reset that will leave you feeling strong, confident, and connected.
We’ll kick things off with a mobility-focused warm-up led by Coach Kate, followed by a 30-minute strength workout designed to build functional power and stability. Then Coach Marsha takes the reins with a 30-minute boxing session—expect high-energy combos, cardio, and fun! We’ll wrap up with a cool-down stretch to help you recover and reset.
