This gentle virtual class focuses on stretching and mobility to help release tension, improve flexibility, and bring ease back into your body. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and give your muscles the love they deserve—perfect for winding down at the end of your day. Come as you are, settle in, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready for rest.
