Take your workout to new heights—literally. SimplySteps is an energizing outdoor class that uses the natural elevation of staircases to challenge your strength, endurance, and cardio capacity. Each “level” of the stairs becomes a station for targeted strength-based movements, combined with incline runs to push your heart rate and build stamina. With the added challenge of dumbbells and battle ropes, you’ll get a powerful, full-body workout that builds stamina, power, and confidence. This is a dynamic, full-body workout rooted in the power of movement and the beauty of the outdoors. After class, we often head to brunch together—because connection is just as important as movement. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications provided to support your journey.
