When: Mondays at 6pm or 7pm & Wednesdays at 6:30pm

10 min mobility warm up to get everything movin’ and groovin’
a mini educational workshop based on the theme of the workout for the evening
a sweaty strengthening workout with modifications and challenges based on what feels good for you
a restorative stretch to finish it off
A knowledgeable coach and supportive community to get you feeling strong inside and out!
Weather Policy: if the weather causes travel to be too dangerous to get to the workouts, the workout will be hosted virtually so we can all stay home safe but still get our movement in!
