More than just a workout—SimplyStrong is a community! Join this dynamic, music-fueled class where we build strength inside and out, together. Perfect for all fitness levels, these sessions are designed to build confidence, strength, and connection.
Our workouts include a mobility focused warm up, 10 minute educational workshop, strength based workout, followed by a recovering stretch.
Join us once a week or twice a week!
Add in a Saturday morning charity workout for an extra workout! A portion of every workout will be donated to the Peterborough Humane Society!
Monday & Wednesday workouts are Women’s Only.
Saturday workouts are open to EVERYONE!
Where: Peterborough Humane Society (1999 Technology Drive, Peterborough)
When: 6pm or 7pm

September Wednesday Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24
September Saturday Dates: 6 & 20
